Creo, sin dejar lugar a dudas, que la pasta está tan intrínsecamente metida en mis genes, que no puedo prescindir de ella al momento de confeccionarla, recrearla o degustarla, formando parte de uno de los pilares básicos que conforman mi lenguaje gastronómico.

No reniego de ella, al contrario; me rindo a su opulenta oferta, dejándome llevar por los caminos de sus masas, sus salsas, rellenos y combinaciones que desembocan en laberínticos espacios de aromas y sabores tan majestuosos, que transportan en el tiempo y la memoria.

Me declaro concientemente sumiso a su poder.
