——————————————-

a mold, a challenge, a recipe in fusion with a story: all this comes together when developing a recipe ... as a story to tell, ... as it happened to me at the precise moment of creating in the language of art.

in this case, it is a mold, with victorian edges, that I had been looking for without coming up with it for some time and then that I get it, I have to postpone my execution plans for more urgent tasks to do.

that was the initial spark.

then, I run into a challenge that promotes one of the "clubs" that I am part of, in the call to create "loaf with stumbles", as they call it.

and I get hooked on it, with eagerness and enthusiasm, because halfway I was plotting the fusion of a recipe I had previously uploaded (the Macarron Reinado) into a cake dough.

I wanted to make the first attempt, placing the leftovers of meat, chorizo, chicken, pork, etc. etc. more mushrooms, onion, cheese, egg, fresh herbs, white wine and the usual procedures to flavor the filling.

the result: what is shown.

the next challenge: the Macarron Reinado "encrypted" in the dough, between two layers of the aforementioned filling.

I'm excited to continue creating about it.
